Volgens de notarissen geeft dat aan dat de Belgen belangrijke beslissingen niet langer uitstellen. <strong>De Brusselse beleggingsflats presteerden het beste (+4,2 %)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>De Notarisbarometer toont een belangrijke stijging van het aantal woningverkopen in het vierder kwartaal: er waren 4,1 procent meer transacties dan in het laatste kwartaal van 2012. Vooral in december was het bijzonder druk met een stijging van 18,2 procent in vergelijking met december 2012. De Belgen stellen belangrijke beslissingen zoals de aankoop van een woning niet langer uit, concluderen de notarissen. Op jaarbasis stabiliseerde de vastgoedactiviteit. In Vlaanderen was er wel een lichte stijging van het aantal transacties (+1,1%). In Walloni\u00eb (-1,6%) en Brussel (-2,6%) was er een daling.<\/p>\n<p>Hogere prijzen<\/p>\n<p>De hoge activiteit ging ook gepaard met een prijsstijging. In de laatste drie maanden van vorig jaar klom de gemiddelde prijs van een woonhuis 2,7 procent hoger dan in het vierde trimester van 2012. De prijsstijging was er in de drie gewesten, met Walloni\u00eb als uitschieter (+4,7%) In Vlaanderen steeg de gemiddelde prijs van een woonhuis met 1,8 procent, in Brussel bleef de stijging beperkt tot 0,3 procent.<\/p>\n<p>Voor het hele jaar 2013 bedraagt de stijging 3,2 procent. Volgens de Notarisbarameter is de gemiddelde prijs van een woonhuis in Belgi\u00eb nu 233.959 euro: een stijging van 3,2 procent in vergelijking met 2012. In Vlaanderen is dat 250.281 euro (+2,3%). Opnieuw tekende Walloni\u00eb voor de grootste prijsstijging: plus 3 procent tot 176.179 euro. In Brussel klom de gemiddelde prijs met 1,6 procent tot 410.194 euro.<\/p>\n<p>Op de appartementenmarkt was de waardetoename kleiner.
