De belabberde economie lijkt dus geen invloed te hebben op de Belgische vastgoedmarkt en beleggingsvastgoed.<br \/>\nDe stijging van het aantal transacties is te zien in heel het land, maar ze is het grootst in Vlaanderen. Daarbij spant Antwerpen de kroon. Daar veranderden in november maar liefst 13,3 procent meer huizen en appartementen van eigenaar dan in oktober. Dat blijkt allemaal uit cijfers van de Koninklijke Federatie van het Belgisch Notariaat.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>De Belgen lijken in tijden van crisis dus te kiezen voor de zekerheid van een eigen woonst. Ze worden daarbij gestimuleerd door nog altijd historisch lage hypotheekrentes. Veel geld vloeit ook weg van de kwakkelende financi\u00eble markten op zoek naar een veiligere belegging. \u00a0Nogmaals blijkt dus dat het investeren in echt beleggingsvastgoed zoals studentenflats en business flats veel interesse opwekt.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Het aantal verkochte huizen en appartementen in ons land is in november met 7,7 procent gestegen ten opzichte van de maand oktober.
