Uit wat bekend raakte van de overeengekomen lastenverhogingen, wordt het investeren in een eigen huis, maar ook het investeren in beleggingsvastgoed zoals studentenflats, -koten of metropolitan flats grotendeels gespaard.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Er komt geen hogere onroerende voorheffing door herziening van de kadastrale inkomens.<\/li>\n<li>Er komt geen veralgemeende meerwaardebelasting bij de verkoop van onroerend goed.<\/li>\n<li>De gunstige fiscaliteit op huurinkomsten voor particulieren wordt niet verzwaard.<\/li>\n<li>De inbreng van residentieel vastgoed in vennootschappen wordt niet aangepakt.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Enkel de aftrek woonbonus in de hoogste belastingsschijf wordt verlaagd van 50% naar 45%<\/p>\n<p>Dit is ongetwijfeld goed nieuws voor onze beleggers in studentenflats. \u00a0De gevreesde impact van begrotingsmaatregelen op de huizenmarkt komt er dus niet.\t\t<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>De zes partijen die onderhandelen over de vorming van een nieuwe regering, zijn er eindelijk in geslaagd een akkoord te vinden over de begroting voor 2012 en\u00a0spaart investeerders in studentenflats of koten.
